You’re tired of struggling with your body, of not feeling 100% confident about what foods are good for you, and not liking what you see when you look in the mirror.
I get it. Without that clarity and motivation, it’s difficult to improve your eating habits and embrace long-term changes that will help you look and feel your best.
But I know deep down you can hear your inner voice whispering “there must be more to life than this”. And, I’m here to tell you that there is! You CAN live the life that you desire. You can have a healthy relationship with food AND your body.
All it takes is a bit of time and a commitment to yourself.
And I’m here to support and guide you along the way.
A little of my
If anyone knows anxiety, it is me. I used to walk around with a vice around my heart, like I could never take a full deep breath. It was impossible to be calm because there was ALWAYS something on my mind.
I felt like no matter where I went I didn’t fit in. I was consumed with worry about what other people thought of me. I had a judgemental mind that just would not quit. Physically this manifested as all kinds of ailments including chronic fatigue, insomnia, dengue fever, depression, aches, pains, illnesses – you name it, I caught it. My body was screaming at me for help, but I didn’t listen.
I was dating ‘that guy’ who made me feel awful about myself. Who betrayed my trust and crossed the line more than once. I knew I should, but I could never get the courage to leave.
Then I was the almost 30 single girl. I felt hopeless. Like I had missed the love train. Certain I would be single forever.
I was utterly convinced that when I finally had the perfect body / hair / clothes, I would finally feel free and worthy and accepted. An insane amount of time, energy and headspace was poured into this desire.
One day I decided that this just could not go on. I made some changes
to my diet and lifestyle and was amazed at the effect it had on my life. Everything felt calmer and fresher, like my mind and body had been spring cleaned.
But I didn’t stop there. Now that I’d recovered some of my physical energy I felt up to doing the deeper work. I spent countless hours reading and researching what it takes to be the expert of your own body and I began to re-build my body image.
I attended workshops, retreats, courses, seminars, private coaching session all to load myself up with info on how to be the best version of me.
I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery, and now I get to share all that I have learned with you.
I love nothing more than sharing my knowledge with the world, helping you to truly nourish your body, mind and soul. I believe you deserve to have a peaceful and loving relationship with your body.
I’ve walked the journey and now it’s my mission to help you feel clear, confident and connected. I don’t want anyone to ever feel as lonely and anxious as I did.

I am passionate about teaching you how to make peace with food, love your body and reclaim the time and energy you are losing to diets and diet culture.
By inspiring you to make simple but life-changing adjustments; I am here to guide you to shut out the noise, tune in and take life back into your own hands.
